Hunt: Showdown 1896
I design and implement audio assets for the game Hunt: Showdown 1896. The game was released in 2019 and is an online first-person shooter PvP bounty hunting game with heavy PvE elements. The videos shows examples of my contribution to the game, such as ambience, animals, interactive features, and store content.
I mainly do sound design for new content and implement it in Wwise. Secondary I do optimization of current audio assets and systems to improve the performance and aesthetics.
The studio, Crytek, ships several events per year and keeps the game fresh with new weapons, abilities, maps and AI creatures. The game also have a heavy narrative aspect and therefore stories are often told in character dialougues and game trailers, for both I have done audio support for as well.
The game is produced by Crytek and developed in Cryengine. Middleware is Wwise.
